Niklas Ludwig (35), who has been with the company since July 2022, has been a shareholder and Managing Director of Montalbetti Partners GmbH since January 2024. At Montalbetti Partners, he focuses on clients in the Financial Services sector—particularly insurance—as well as on Technology and Consulting.

Niklas is a native of Hamburg. He studied Business Administration in Göttingen and International Management in Edinburgh, Scotland. He began his professional career in the insurance sector at HanseMerkur in Hamburg before moving into consulting. In consulting, he focused on digital and strategy projects within the insurance segment. He is married, the father of a son, and an enthusiastic golfer in his spare time.
