2025 was challenging in many ways, particularly at the start of the year. In the second half, however, we saw a noticeable improvement in market conditions, along with renewed momentum and growing confidence. Despite the uncertainties that remain, such as geopolitical tensions, structural change across many industries and the increasing influence of AI, we look ahead to 2026 with optimism.
In challenging market environments, long-term success depends on filling key roles with the right talents and executives. The same principle applies to ecosystems, which require balance in order to remain stable and resilient over time. We believe that in 2026, maintaining this balance will remain a central task for organizations navigating continued uncertainty.
