Following her apprenticeship as a travel agent and part-time studies in tourism, Katja gained several years of experience in sales within the luxury hotel industry.

In 2014, she transitioned into executive search, starting as a personal assistant to Alek within the renowned Indigo Headhunters. In 2017, she accompanied Alek in his move to Signium. Currently, Katja holds the position of Senior Executive Assistant at Montalbetti Partners.

Thanks to her professional background, she continues to nurture her passion for travel and exploration of foreign destinations
