Esther has more than 17 years of experience in executive search.

After spending two years in the US, completing an apprenticeship in the hotel industry, and studying tourism in Karlsruhe, she started her career in 2005 at the executive search firm Eric Salmon & Partners (a spin-off of Egon Zehnder). Prior to Montalbetti Partners, she joined Signium in 2012, where she was involved in establishing the Frankfurt office. Esther is managing all activities related to our office and HR matters. Without her, we will be lost.
