Franziska joined our Frankfurt team in March 2025. Having grown up in both the United States and Germany, she is bilingual and brings a strong intercultural perspective, complemented by excellent communication skills.

Her career began in the healthcare sector before she transitioned into executive search in 2022, joining Odgers Berndtson. There, she progressed to the role of Senior Research Analyst, gaining valuable experience across a wide range of executive search projects.

Franziska also brings solid psychological expertise, which she deepened through her academic studies.

Today, she leverages this broad skill set in her role with us, with a primary focus on projects in management consulting and the insurance sector.

Outside of work, Franziska enjoys spending time on the golf course.
